Cancellation & Refund Policy

Charyx Labs is a sole proprietorship owned by Chaitanya Sharma, based in India. We provide services — automation, AI systems, software engineering, social media management, and AI voice — not physical goods. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; where a signed proposal says something different, that document governs that engagement.

• You can cancel an engagement at any time by written notice (email is fine).
• For fixed-scope projects, cancellation takes effect once we acknowledge it; we stop work and invoice for what has been delivered up to that point.
• For monthly plans and retainers (e.g. social media management), cancel any time before the next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month. Plans are billed monthly in advance and are not pro-rated once a month has begun.

• Deposits and upfront payments cover work we schedule and begin, and are non-refundable once work has started.
• If you cancel before any work has started, we refund the upfront amount in full, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• For completed and delivered work, fees are non-refundable — but every deliverable carries a 14-day defect window during which we fix any defect free of charge.
• For monthly plans, the current month is non-refundable once it has begun; you simply won't be billed for the next month after you cancel.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment provider, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
