Who we are

Charyx Labs ("we", "us", "our") is an AI product studio and business transformation agency operated as a partnership between its two founders. We build automation systems, AI agents, and software products for client businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the commitments we make about keeping it private.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the agency and deliver client work:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and company name, when you book a discovery call, email us, or become a client.
  • Project and business data — information you share with us during an engagement so we can deliver the work: CRM records, documents, workflow data, system access, and similar operational material.
  • Booking data — appointments scheduled through our booking provider (Cal.com), which handles scheduling under its own privacy policy.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs generated by hosting this website. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and run discovery calls.
  • To scope, deliver, and support the services you engage us for.
  • To invoice and maintain the records the law requires us to keep.
  • To improve how we work — always on an internal, confidential basis.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use client data to train models, build products, or benefit any other party without your explicit written consent.

Our confidentiality commitment

This is the heart of this policy. As an agency we work with multiple clients, often in the same industries. We never share one client's personal data or business data with any other client, or with any third party, for any reason other than delivering that client's own engagement.

  • Each client's data is kept strictly separate. Nothing you share with us is disclosed to, reused for, or made visible to any other client.
  • We do not name you as a client, reference your project, or use your materials in our portfolio or marketing without your written permission.
  • Access credentials you give us are used on a least-privilege basis, only by the founders working on your engagement, and are returned or revoked when the engagement ends.
  • Anyone who works with us in the future will be bound by the same confidentiality obligations before touching any client data.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small set of tools to operate — website hosting, scheduling (Cal.com), email, and the platforms an engagement itself requires (for example a CRM or automation platform you ask us to build on). These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms. We never hand your data to a provider so it can be used for anything else.

Data retention and deletion

  • Enquiry data is kept only as long as the conversation is live.
  • Client project data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus any period we need it to honour support commitments and legal or accounting obligations.
  • After handover, we delete or return client data and credentials on request — just ask.

Security

We protect data with access controls, encrypted storage and transport where available, separate credentials per client, and a strict need-to-know rule between engagements. No system is perfectly secure, but if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). Use the Send Mail button on our contact page and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
